Matt Bowers CDJR is seeking an experienced automotive professional to lead our service drive, support our service advisors, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

If you bring strong leadership, excellent service writing skills, and the ability to keep a busy service lane organized and productive, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service drive operations, including customer reception, appointment scheduling, vehicle check-in, and advisor workflow.

• Coach service advisors on customer communication, accurate repair estimates, appropriate maintenance recommendations, and follow-up.

• Coordinate with technicians, dispatch, and the parts department to keep repairs moving and meet promised completion times.

• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.

• Help improve customer satisfaction, retention, service sales, and profitability.

• Monitor repair orders, invoices, authorizations, and maintenance records for accuracy and completeness.

• Build a positive team environment focused on accountability, collaboration, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of automotive dealership service experience as a Service Drive Manager, Assistant Service Manager, Service Manager, or experienced Service Advisor with demonstrated leadership ability.

• Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram experience preferred. Qualified candidates with Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, Cadillac, or other franchised dealership experience are encouraged to apply.

• Strong service writing, customer relations, communication, and organizational skills.

• Working knowledge of automotive repairs, maintenance, dealership service processes, and dealership management systems.

• Ability to coach employees, resolve customer concerns, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

• Ability to pass required pre-employment background and drug screening.
