With a strong reputation built on quality, integrity and superior performance, we provide industrial HVAC service to customers across the region.We are looking for a Service Dispatcher to join our Northwood team. This is a key role within our service department, responsible for keeping technicians efficiently scheduled, customers informed and daily service activity moving forward. Candidates with HVAC industry experience are especially encouraged to apply.What You'll DoAs the Service Dispatcher, you'll be at the center of the daily service operation, coordinating between technicians, customers and department leadership. You'll need to stay organized, respond quickly as schedules change and communicate clearly to keep the department running smoothly.Manage and adjust daily schedules for Service TechniciansDispatch technicians as service calls are completedCoordinate return visits with customers when parts become availableKeep customer information accurate and up to date in the databaseCommunicate scheduling and requested lead times clearly with customers and internal teamsKeep department managers and employees informed of scheduling changesProvide customers with timely updates on service schedules and expected lead timesBalance changing priorities while keeping technicians and customers on trackSchedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pmPay: $26–$28 per hour, based on experienceQualifications:Experience in dispatching, customer service or project management preferredWorking knowledge of the HVAC industry is a plus3+ years of dispatching experience preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesComfortable working in a fast-paced service environmentStrong computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeHigh school diploma or GEDTwo years of related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceWhat We Offer:Medical InsuranceVision and Dental InsuranceSupplemental Account401(k)Paid HolidaysPaid Time OffLife InsuranceLong-Term DisabilityIf you're organized, customer-focused and understand the HVAC service environment, we'd like to hear from you.
