  • Promote resident independence, meaningful engagement, personal choice, and quality of life.

  • Support staff in implementing individualized behavior support strategies and daily routines.

  • Help ensure residents have opportunities for skill development, activities, and community participation.

  • Foster positive relationships with residents, families, guardians, and community partners.

  • Monitor and review DSP documentation to ensure accurate, timely, and complete records of services and supports.

  • Review and approve service delivery information for billing documentation purposes.

  • Support compliance with applicable DBHDS regulations and organizational policies.

  • Assist leadership with programmatic information and implementation of operational requirements related to licensure.

  • Help maintain residential environments that are safe, clean, organized, and welcoming.

  • Identify service concerns, communicate effectively with leadership, and follow through on corrective improvements.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Serve as an approachable and dependable leader for DSPs.

  • Facilitate resident and family meetings within required timeframes.

  • Communicate concerns promptly, professionally, and respectfully.

  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and other leadership team members to continuously strengthen service quality and staff performance.
