Sota Chevrolet, part of the Keffer Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced Service Director to lead and grow a high-performing service department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire Service Department
  

• Hire, train, coach, and develop service department personnel
  

• Drive service revenue, profitability, and CSI
  

• Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, and workflow
  

• Recruit and retain top automotive service talent
  

• Develop processes that improve department performance
  

• Monitor service department KPIs and financial performance
  

• Work closely with Parts, Sales, and other dealership departments
  

• Ensure manufacturer and dealership standards are maintained
  

• Build a positive, accountable, high-performance culture
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Director, Fixed Operations Director, Service Manager, or similar leadership role
  

• Automotive dealership experience required
  

• Strong understanding of service operations and profitability
  

• Demonstrated ability to hire, train, lead, and develop teams
  

• Strong knowledge of dealership service KPIs
  

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
  

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  

Compensation

$150,000 – $180,000 per year
