Service Director – Beltway Pools
Beltway Pools is seeking a
proven leader in the pool industry to oversee our service division. Whether you’re an experienced
Service Director looking for a better opportunity, or a skilled
senior foreman/technician ready to step into leadership, this role offers the support and structure to succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and mentor service technicians & foremen
- Oversee scheduling, quality, and safety on all service projects
- Communicate with customers and resolve issues promptly
- Track progress and order materials for ongoing jobs
- Work closely with upper management to drive growth and results
What You Bring
- 7+ years pool industry experience (required)
- Strong organizational & leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer focus
- Valid driver’s license, clean record, ability to lift 100 lbs
