Description
Enhanced Veterans Solutions, Inc. (EVS) is seeking a Service Desk Technician Level I to support a federal IT services program. The successful candidate will provide technical support and services in a Microsoft-centric enterprise environment while supporting mission-critical operations.
Primarily remote with occasional onsite support and travel. Standard work schedule is Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
Provide desktop, laptop, thin-client and peripheral support
Manage user accounts and access requests
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system and connectivity issues
Respond to tickets through ServiceNow, telephone, and remote support channels
Document incidents, resolutions, and escalation activities
Support Microsoft Windows environments and end-user technologies
Requirements
Public Trust
Minimum 2 years IT Help Desk experience including Help Desk Administration and User Support
CompTIA A+ may substitute for 1 year of experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Must meet DOJ/BOP residency requirements
Preferred Technical Skills
Microsoft Windows 11, Windows Server 2022, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SCCM, SCOM, ServiceNow, OSD, networking, infrastructure support, and customer service.
