• Location: Huntsville, AL (Hybrid)
• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about 30-35/HR W2

What You’ll Do:

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve first-level service desk tickets, including password resets, VPN connectivity, printer issues, and wireless access requests using ServiceNow.
• Prepare, image, configure, and deploy laptops and other endpoint devices, primarily within an Intune-managed environment.
• Provide in-person technical support for conference room AV systems, executive equipment, and other hardware requiring onsite troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve common Microsoft environment issues, retrieve BitLocker recovery keys, and escalate more complex issues to specialized IT teams when appropriate.
• Apply practical problem-solving skills to identify effective solutions, including adapting to changing hardware availability and user needs.

What Gets You the Job: 

Qualifications

• Experience supporting end users in a Service Desk, Help Desk, or Desktop Support environment.
• Hands-on experience with Windows devices, Microsoft technologies, and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with device imaging, deployment, and endpoint management, with Intune experience strongly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently.
• Experience supporting Mac devices or working in mixed Windows/Mac environments is a plus.
