Job Title: Service Desk Associate Work Location: Fort Worth, TX Duration: 6 month contract with option to extend Education/Experience Required: High School Diploma or GED
Job Description & Responsibilities:
Deliver primary technical support to end users, including employees and contractors, for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
Provide basic support for password resets, VPN, Citrix, telephony, mobile devices, security, and network connectivity.
Log and resolve service tickets efficiently and courteously.
Manage requests through various channels such as phone, walk-ins, voicemail, self-service portal, and chat.
Ensure high customer service standards with proactive updates and professional interactions with IT teams, stakeholders, and executives.
Maintain and update the IT knowledge base, documenting all Service Desk processes and procedures.
Identify and propose improvements to enhance the Service Desk's efficiency and effectiveness.
Oversee the full lifecycle of service tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
Skills & Qualifications:
Required Education: High School Diploma or GED.
