Akkodis is seeking a Service Design Analyst for a Contract with a client in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate is responsible for designing, optimizing, and supporting ServiceNow workflows and service delivery processes to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Rate Range: $90/hour to $100/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Service Design Analyst Job Responsibilities include:
Analyze business requirements and design user-centric ServiceNow workflows, catalogs, forms, and service delivery processes that improve customer and employee experiences.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and process reviews to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Configure and optimize ServiceNow capabilities such as Flow Designer, Service Catalog, Service Portal, notifications, and workflow automation.
Create and maintain process documentation, workflow diagrams, knowledge articles, user guides, and training materials to support service adoption.
Monitor workflow performance, SLA compliance, user satisfaction, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with ITSM, ITIL, ServiceNow, technical, and business teams to implement enhancements, integrations, and process optimization initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
3-5 years of Business Analysis experience, including at least 2 years supporting ServiceNow platform workflows, ITSM processes, and service delivery initiatives.
Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows, Service Catalogs, forms, Flow Designer solutions, and ITSM process improvements.
Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITIL best practices, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and ServiceNow integrations using APIs, Integration Hub, REST, and SOAP services.

Pay Details: $90.00 to $100.00 per hour
