We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Service Delivery Manager to join our South Region team in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The Service Delivery Manager is a full people manager role with direct responsibility for leading, coaching, and holding a team accountable for results that drive girl membership growth and volunteer engagement across Greater Cincinnati. We are seeking a proven people leader with prior experience directly managing staff, driving performance, using data to inform team decisions, and providing ongoing coaching and feedback. The Service Delivery Manager leads a team of approximately 4 staff members and oversees service delivery in up to 10 communities within an assigned Cincinnati-area territory. This role is central to our membership and volunteer strategy and plays a key leadership role in advancing our mission. This position requires comfort being present in the community, including evening and weekend events and the ability to regularly travel throughout the assigned territory. Assigned Territories: Butler County (Hamilton, Middletown, Fairfield), Lebanon, Waynesville, Brown County, Clermont County (Batavia, Milford), Loveland, Morrow, Blanchester.. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position has direct supervisor responsibility, managing a team of up to 6 staff.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position. The days of work are primarily Monday through Friday, but evening work is frequent and occasional weekend work may be required. Hours of work will vary, depending on support required by service units and time of year. Work schedules are flexible but will be approximately 40-45 hours/week.
TRAVEL
This is an “in the field” position requiring regular travel to assigned geographic areas of the council.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This full-time, exempt position is compensated at $50,500/year and offers a generous health and wellbeing benefits package.
