The pay range for this role is $130k - $135k per annum

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager with a strong background in Data & Analytics (D&A) to lead large-scale engagements, manage global delivery teams, and ensure seamless operations across complex data ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud platforms, data engineering, reporting tools, and ITIL-based service management, along with proven experience in migration of D&A applications and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of large Data & Analytics programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Lead migration initiatives for D&A applications, tools, and platforms (e.g., on-prem to cloud, cross-cloud migrations, modernization projects).
  • Oversee 24x7 support operations, ensuring compliance with SLAs for availability, response time, and incident resolution.
  • Drive ITIL processes including Incident, Service Request Fulfillment, Change, Release, and Problem Management.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams and Client Partners to align delivery with business objectives and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Manage distributed global teams, ensuring effective communication, governance, and performance management.
  • Ensure robust monitoring and reporting using tools like ServiceNow and other monitoring platforms.
  • Provide leadership in reporting and analytics, leveraging tools such as Power BI and Tableau for actionable insights.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering with expertise in Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Services, and AWS ecosystems.
  • Proven experience in migration of D&A applications, tools, and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Reporting and Analytics with hands-on experience in Power BI and Tableau.
  • Experience in global delivery models with distributed teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including client-facing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and experience with ServiceNow and monitoring tools.
  • Ability to manage 24x7 support models and ensure operational excellence.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in cloud-native architectures and data modernization strategies.
  • Familiarity with automation tools for operations and monitoring.
  • Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.

Certifications (Preferred)

  • ITIL Foundation / Intermediate
  • Azure Data Engineer / AWS Data Analytics

PMP or equivalent project management certification
