What You Will Do

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries and form submissions
• Schedule and dispatch service technicians efficiently based on location and workload
• Monitor technicians and drivers to ensure on time performance and productivity
• Provide outstanding customer service on every interaction
• Pull electrical permits
• Enter and manage job information within company software systems
• Keep operations organized and running smoothly throughout the day

What We Are Looking For

• Previous ServiceTitan experience preferred but not required
• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or dispatching preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment without losing attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
