Salary Range: $30 - 38/ hour
The Service Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the service department operates efficiently and profitably while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position coordinates daily service activities, facilitates communication between customers and internal departments, manages technicians’ schedules, and supports receiving and service-related logistics.
The ideal candidate combines leadership ability, strong organizational skills, and a hands-on approach to managing service operations.
