FLSA Status:Non-exempt (Eligible for Overtime)

Location: Louisville, CO

Wage Range: $22-28.00/hr. (Depending on experience)

We are expanding our Service Department and hiring a new Service Coordinator for our Louisville office. The Service Coordinator will coordinate dispatch and administrative support for the Design Mechanical Service department and its customers.

Responsibilities:

  •    Provide excellent customer service with incoming and outgoing service calls in a high call volume environmentProcess and book service calls into proprietary systems, maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy
  •    Maintain the daily dispatch board and coordinate or re-coordinate technician schedules for the following day and weekCreate work orders with detailed information of supplies, tools, and logistics for technicians’ schedules, and coordinate any technician requests
  •    Ensure accurate and timely data entry of customer accounts into the accounting and filing systemsCreate and maintain new customer account information and file paperwork accordingly
  •    Support the department with various administrative tasks, including copying, filing, data entry, monthly departmental meetings, and special projectsComplete all billing paperwork for processing, including necessary approvals
  •    Assist payroll with weekly timecard processingManage customer and technician follow-up calls and emails, correspondence with the corporate strategic accounts office
  •    Maintain an accurate and timely filing systemOther tasks as needed of the assigned

    Qualifications:

  •    3 + years’ experience in an administrative or customer service roleAbility to handle difficult call situations with professionalism and accuracy
  •    Experience working in a fast-paced, sometimes hectic environment with little down-time Strong written and verbal communication skills
  •    Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Outlook, ExcelResourcefulness and strong analytical skills are necessary for success
  •    Willingness to learn and be a team playerStrong organizational, prioritizing, and problem-solving skills
  •    Reliable and dependableHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
