*Scheduling service calls
*Invoicing service calls
*Confirming customer payments
*Working directly with parts manager, service manager and service technicians
*Manage and maintain quotes to customers for service
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Able to lift 25 lbs.
*Knowledge of MS Office, Adobe and ERP systems
*Excellent customer service skills
