Provides service coordination for adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and pervasive developmental disorder to assist them in gaining access to medical, social, educational, vocational, and other needed services. Has responsibility for maintaining the General Revenue Internal Interest List (GRILL) by calling to explain available services, initial, assessments, discovery process, completing enrollments, and coordination of the Person Directed Plan and desired outcomes.
