Position: Service Coordinator – Impact Windows & Doors

Responsibilities:

• Talk with homeowners regarding service-related issues
• Schedule appointments with homeowners for service calls
• Coordinate and schedule service technicians
• Purchase and order parts for service and installation projects
• Track deliveries and follow up on ETAs
• Communicate updates to the team

Qualifications

• Familiar with impact window and door parts and materials (CGI, PGT, WinDoor, CWS, ESW, etc.)
• Good communication and follow up skills
• Previous Service Coordinator in a Home Improvement Industry
