- Schedule technicians for maintenance, startups, and emergencies
- Coordinate travel, lodging, and technician resource availability
- Communicate scheduling updates and service status professionally
- Maintain service records, reports, and warranty documentation
- Verify labor, materials, expenses, and billing accuracy
- Monitor productivity metrics and improve service efficiency
