WMH Solutions is looking for a Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to support our customers, technicians, and service operations team.

If you''ve worked in service dispatching, service writing, customer support, automotive service, fleet maintenance, equipment service, heavy equipment, construction equipment, or industrial operations, this could be an excellent opportunity to grow your career.

In this role, you''ll help coordinate technician schedules, manage service work orders, communicate with customers, support billing and documentation, and keep service operations moving efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate incoming customer service requests
  • Schedule and dispatch field service technicians
  • Manage technician workloads and service activity
  • Monitor work-in-progress (WIP)
  • Communicate scheduling updates and service timelines
  • Open, manage, and close service work orders
  • Maintain accurate service documentation
  • Ensure labor, parts, and billing information is entered correctly
  • Support warranty and service processing activities
  • Maintain accurate customer and equipment records
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for service-related inquiries
  • Provide customers with service status updates
  • Coordinate communication between customers and technicians
  • Deliver a high level of customer service and follow-through
  • Support service reporting and documentation
  • Assist with fleet and rental administration activities
  • Support branch service operations
  • Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

Dispatching technicians

Updating customers on service progress

Creating and processing work orders

Coordinating parts and labor information

Monitoring technician schedules

Resolving service-related issues

Supporting billing and documentation
