Position Overview:
HiFyve is hiring a Service Coordinator for a well-established company in the heavy equipment and construction equipment industry in Cedar Rapids, IA. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting service technicians, daily operations, scheduling, and customer support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate service technicians and daily service operations
- Make real-time decisions to keep service work moving efficiently
- Schedule workloads and prioritize urgent service needs
- Communicate with customers, technicians, and leadership teams
- Support quality, safety, and on-time service delivery
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years experience in heavy equipment, construction equipment, or similar service-based industry
- Background in service dispatch, product support, parts, technical, or supervisory roles
- Strong leadership, organization, and decision-making skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing priorities
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
