• 2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, dispatching, or service coordination.

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills required to excel as a Service Coordinator.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems; Centerpointe experience is a plus.

• Experience with invoicing, billing functions, customer portals, and basic accounting principles.

• Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Commercial roofing, construction, service operations, or contract administration experience is preferred.
