    Summary:

    The Service Coordinator greets candidates/associates, registers demographic information into computer system, schedules appointments, providing administrative support along with developing and maintaining moderately complex spreadsheets, report compilation, and data trending analysis.

    Responsibilities:

    EDUCATION

    • High School graduate or GED equivalent
    • Associates degree or certification from an accredited business school/program preferred

    EXPERIENCE

    • One (1) to Three (3) years of experience in an administrative support roll
    • Prior medical office experience preferred
    • Prior experience in occupational health and/or human resources preferred

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

    • Strong customer service skills
    • Strong proficiency in the use of required software applications including Excel, Outlook, and Word
    • Power Point experience preferred
    • Strong ability to organize/prioritize multiple responsibilities
    • Ability to work with little or no supervision.
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain and deal with confidential data and issues
    • Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    • General office and occupational health clinic environment
    • Potential exposure to infectious diseases
