Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Service Contract Administrator to support Client’s Revenue Operations organization by managing service scope requests, contracts, documentation, compliance, and stakeholder communications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in contract administration, customer operations, service scoping, and cross-functional coordination. This role will work closely with Sales, Security Services, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, customers, and partners to ensure service requests and contracts are completed accurately, efficiently, and within established SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the service scoping request queue, reviewing, prioritizing, tracking, and responding to requests while ensuring SLA adherence and appropriate escalation.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain service contracts, scoping documents, templates, and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and version control.
  • Review contracts and agreements for compliance with company standards, identify non-standard terms and potential risks, and recommend appropriate mitigation.
  • Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, Customer Success, Security Services, customers, and partners to coordinate contract revisions, negotiations, approvals, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and report on service scope request volumes, turnaround times, escalations, and non-standard requests to management and Sales leadership.
  • Support process, system, and workflow improvements while developing training materials and educating Sales/GTM teams on service scoping procedures and contract guidelines.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong experience in contract administration, service operations, sales operations, or customer-facing business operations within an enterprise environment.
  • Experience managing multiple workflows, requests, contracts, deadlines, and SLAs with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to review and interpret contract terms, policies, compliance requirements, and non-standard requests.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with Sales, Legal, Finance, customers, and senior stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM or similar enterprise CRM platforms.
  • Experience supporting contract negotiations, legal terms and conditions, service agreements, or commercial documentation.
  • Experience creating and maintaining contract templates, standard language, process guidelines, and operational runbooks.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, technology, or other fast-paced enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database/business systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited supervision, prioritize competing demands, and proactively identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to support Sales and Go-to-Market teams while maintaining company policies and compliance standards.
