Overall Summary

As a service consultant you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records. Under limited supervision, the service advisor provides estimated cost analysis of automotive repairs and routine maintenance. Through effective communication with customers, the service advisor determines the services necessary, predicts the time needed for completion and stays in constant communication with the customer during the repair process. The service advisor determines services needed by accessing information obtained by technician's findings from multipoint inspection and referencing the manufacture's service intervals.

Employment Position: Full Time

Salary: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 Yearly
