Responsibilities
- Ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service to all guests in Service Drive
- Obtain information from the guest to effectively and efficiently repair their vehicle
- Follow processes and utilize multiple platforms to carryout the Service Consultant position
- Provide concierge-level service by carrying out "above and beyond" assignments that leave a positive impression with the customer

- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
