Service Configuration Management Analyst

CACI is seeking an experienced and highly motivated SIAM (Service Integration and Management) – Configuration Management Analyst to support the planning, design, and implementation of configuration management plans and standards.  Candidate should have 3 or more years of service process experience in an ITSM environment.Job Responsibilities:Supports the planning, design, and implementation of configuration management plans and standardsAssist with the management and maintenance of the CMDBAssist in periodic verification and audit of CIsAssist asset management in defining a common naming convention and tagging standard for both assets and CIsEnsure mapping of services (logical service model) from the level of business servicesEnsure timely update of CI informationEnsure CI relationship mapping is accurate and evaluated oftenProvide input for technology requirements relating to or impacting configuration managementUtilize Service Now dashboards, tools, and techniques to report the status of the CMDB and CIs as neededSupport measurement and reporting for weekly and monthly meetingsAssist with research, evaluation, and assessment leading to development of recommendations for process improvements, optimization, and/or development efforts for IT processes (CSI)Supports evaluations and quality assessments for proper implementation of processes to meet quality standardsSupports and participates in TEMs and other requirements gathering work sessionsPerform as a self-starter who manages end-to-end efforts working independently as well as within a team environmentDeliver high-quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a teamYou’ll Bring These Qualifications:Must hold active TS/SCI with Poly RequiredDegree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of related work experienceProficiency and understanding in ITIL framework concepts and practicesWorking knowledge of the Service Management workflows and ITSM processesRelevant experience as an ITSM Configuration Management Analyst in programs of similar scope, type, and complexityGood written and communication skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processesThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:ITIL certificationsFamiliarity with TableauService Now certifications​-
