Talented Service Concierge / Valet & Advisor

This role combines motorcycle pickup & delivery, service drive support, and coordination between Parts and Service. You are the first impression and a key link in keeping our shop efficient and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Motorcycle pickup & delivery
• Safely load, transport, and handle motorcycles
• Greet riders and assist with service check-in/out
• Support the Service Manager with repair orders and customer updates
• Coordinate communication between customers and technicians
• Work closely with Parts to ensure timely ordering and staging of service-related parts
• Help maintain an organized, professional service drive

Essential Requirements:

• Valid motorcycle endorsement (required)
• Clean driving record
• Confident handling motorcycles of all sizes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional, team-first attitude

Additional Information:

• Dealership experience is a plus.
• Enjoy paid training
