Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously
- Identify and direct customers to the appropriate service advisor
- Greet visitors and understand purpose of visit to help direct them as needed
- Scheduling appointments
- Completing transactions for open service repair orders
- Plus more
Qualifications:
- *PREVIOUS DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE A PLUS*
- Prior experience with customer service preferred
- Ability to work well in a team and fast paced environment
- Great organization skills
- Comfortable communicating on the phone
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to work 40hrs/week
