Can you multitask, are an excellent listener, and have strong verbal communication skills. If so, this may be the position for you. As a BDC Service Representative you’ll play an important supporting role in the success of our business by ensuring that customers are satisfied.

The Service Business Development Representative (SBDR) is responsible for answering inbound service phone calls, making outbound calls, and managing live chats, all while demonstrating the high level of professionalism that Dan Wolf Automotive Group is known for. This position plays a vital role in driving customer satisfaction, promoting dealership services, and contributing to the overall growth of the service department. This full-time position works 4 weekdays and Saturday. If your qualifications match our request and you have an interest in growing with a great team, this could be your position!

You Will…

  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments for guests
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, SMS, and email
  • Guide guests through the appointment scheduling process
  • Ensure all guest questions are answered accurately and promptly
  • Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication
  • Deliver a positive and helpful customer experience at every interaction
  • Follow up with guests as needed to support appointment completion
  • Keep communication organized and up to date across all channels

 

You Have…

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Drive to succeed customer expectations
