    Service BDC Representative – Automotive Dealership

    We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our dealership team. This is an important customer-facing role within our Service Department and is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.

    As a Service BDC Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, assist with service-related questions, schedule and confirm appointments, and help ensure that every customer receives friendly, professional, and timely assistance.

    Responsibilities

    • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a friendly and professional manner
    • Assist customers with service-related questions and appointment needs
    • Schedule and confirm service appointments
    • Provide customers with accurate information regarding dealership services and processes
    • Update customer information and maintain accurate records of all interactions
    • Assist in resolving customer questions and concerns
    • Escalate complex or sensitive customer concerns to a supervisor when appropriate
    • Work closely with Service Advisors, management, and other dealership departments
    • Follow established processes and procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience

    Qualifications

    • Previous customer service, call center, or automotive BDC experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Friendly, professional phone presence
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
    • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
    • Dependable with a strong work ethic
    • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
    • Genuine interest in providing an excellent customer experience
    • Interest in learning about vehicle maintenance and dealership service operations
    • Bilingual is a plus
    • High school diploma or equivalent required

    Available Schedules

    We currently have multiple full-time schedules available:

    • Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
    • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
    • Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM and Friday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
    • Every other Saturday: 7:45 AM–4:00 PM, based on assigned schedule

    We are looking for someone who is reliable, upbeat, professional, and truly enjoys helping people. Automotive experience is helpful, but attitude, communication skills, and a willingness to learn are just as important to us.

    Background check and drug screening are required. Marijuana use is not an automatic disqualifier.
