As a server, we want you to showcase your knowledge and curiosity for food and wine, and how the two complement one another.

We are looking to add a Service Assistant/Food Runner to our team at Á L'ouest- our French brasserie that builds on what defines TRUST Restaurant Group: wood-fired cooking, vibrant flavors, and simple techniques, all delivered with a refined energy. Led by Chef Brad Wise with a no-rules approach to French cooking, the menu reimagines classic dishes alongside an evolving plat du jour, while at the bar, delicate, effervescent cocktails and a playful France wine program reigns supreme.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting Servers throughout the guest dining
• Clear and reset table in a refined and polished way
• Greet table and offer water service
• Cleanliness of side stations and restrooms
• Sweep, remove trash, and keep an organized work space
• Engage with guests as needed
• Provide Hospitality
