Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and helping people keep their vehicles safe and reliable? V & H Automotive is looking for a motivated, organized and customer-focused Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our growing team.

As the link between our customers and technicians, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional service experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and accurately document vehicle concerns
• Schedule service appointments and prepare repair orders
• Communicate recommended repairs and maintenance in a clear, professional manner
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Automotive knowledge or dealership/service advisor experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Computer proficiency and attention to detail
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
• Valid driver's license with good driving history
