Your Role as a Service Advisor
You will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service team by:
Guiding customers through the service process from check-in to delivery
Actively listening to customer concerns and accurately identifying service needs
Clearly communicating repair recommendations and timelines
Preparing estimates and selling recommended maintenance and repair services
Coordinating with technicians to ensure accurate and timely completion of work
Delivering an exceptional customer experience every time
