Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and courteously, understanding their vehicle service needs.
- Provide accurate repair estimates and explain recommended services.
- Work closely with service technicians to communicate customer concerns and receive updates.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain detailed service records and ensure customer information is accurately recorded.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Promote additional services or products that benefit the customer’s vehicle maintenance.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic automotive knowledge and the ability to quickly learn vehicle service procedures.

- Previous experience in a customer service or service advisor role preferred.

- Must be available to work some Saturdays
