Qualifications

• Experience:
• Minimum 2 years required in Automotive Repair
• Minimum of 2 years preferred in Automotive Sales
• Licensing/Certifications: ASE certification or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive systems, repair processes, and parts sourcing.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with estimating software (e.g., Tekmetric) and inventory management systems.
• Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
