We are a family owned and operated repair shop. We are looking for a experienced bilingual Service Advisor. The Service Advisor acts as the liaison between customers and the service department, delivering a high level of customer care while coordinating vehicle maintenance and repair services. This role is responsible for greeting customers, listening to their concerns, accurately documenting service needs, recommending appropriate services, and providing clear estimates and timelines.

- Work quickly
- Communicate with clients delivering excellent customer service
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Communicate well with automotive technicians and assign jobs- Handle invoicing and payments
- Comply with all federal, state and local laws, and company policy, regarding the safeguarding all customer, company and manufacturer information, as well as customers vehicle and property
- Fast with computers and tablets preferred
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
Must have a valid driver's license
Minimum 2 years experience as a Service Advisor
Sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
Bilingual is a plus
Strong communication skills
Basic knowledge of Google products (Gmail, sheets, etc)
