Kowalis Auto Group is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy helping customers, and have a passion for the automotive industry, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and provide a professional, friendly experience
• Listen to customers’ vehicle concerns and accurately document repair needs
• Recommend necessary maintenance and repairs
• Prepare and explain estimates, invoices, and repair orders
• Communicate repair timelines and updates to customers
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed properly and efficiently
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up after service
• Help achieve customer satisfaction, sales, and productivity goals

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional attitude and positive personality
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
• Ability to explain automotive services clearly to customers
• Valid driver’s license
