    Job Responsibilities As a Service Advisor, you would review vehicle inspections, and estimates, and recommend proper maintenance care to our valued customers’ vehicles for optimal performance.

    Additional responsibilities include:

    • Greeting customers promptly.
    • Obtaining customer and vehicle information.
    • Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
    • Determining and recommending needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of the vehicle.
    • Preparing a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
    • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently.
    • Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
    • Explaining all completed work and charges to customers.
    • Detailing customers’ multi-point inspection and future needs.

     

    Job Requirements

    • NO experience necessary we will provide training
    • A high degree of ownership and accountability with the ability to prioritize effectively.
    • A high degree of integrity and professionalism with excellent communication skills.
    • Above average energy level with the ability to work in a competitive environment.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Valid in-state driver's license.
    • Pre-employment background check and drug screen required prior to hire.

    The Service Advisor Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.11 and $18.00. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed repair orders achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than performance. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
