NOW HIRING: SERVICE ADVISOR
Razzari Auto Centers is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team!
If you’re great with people, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced automotive environment, we want to hear from you. As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the main point of contact between our customers and service technicians, helping ensure every customer receives an excellent service experience.
What You’ll Do:• Greet customers and assist with their service needs• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs• Provide estimates and keep customers updated throughout the repair process• Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time• Review completed work and invoices with customers• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service• Follow up with customers to help ensure their satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:• Excellent communication and customer service skills• Positive, professional attitude• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment• Automotive knowledge is preferred• Previous Service Advisor or dealership experience is a plus• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
