Join our Service Team!

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Zimbrick Volkswagen service department. This position is responsible for working directly with customers during their visit, writing up repair orders, recommending services and repairs, and making sure each customer has a great service experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to continue their career in automotive service.

Schedule

• Flexible schedule within 7:00am to 6:00pm Monday - Friday
• Schedule will be based on department needs.

Responsibilities

The Service Advisor works between the customers and the technicians. from check-in through checkout. Typical responsibilities include:

• Answering phone calls and texts to set up appointments
• Greeting customers and determining their service needs
• Writing up repair orders
• Clearly explaining customer symptoms to technicians
• Reviewing technician findings with customers
• Preparing and completing service paperwork
• Communicating service recommendations and vehicle information clearly and professionally
• Processing payments and checking customers out
