Follow up on declined services and future maintenance opportunities.
Review completed repair orders for accuracy before customer delivery.
Explain repairs, maintenance performed, warranties, and future service recommendations at vehicle delivery.
Maintain strong customer satisfaction and manufacturer CSI/KPI performance.
Assist with appointment retention, customer follow-up, and service department growth.
Work closely with technicians, dispatch, parts, BDC, warranty administrators, and service management.
Maintain accurate customer contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses.
Follow dealership processes regarding inspections, documentation, repair-order closure, and customer communication.
Handle customer concerns professionally and involve management when necessary.
The ideal candidate is competitive, organized, professional, and genuinely enjoys working with customers.
Previous automotive Service Advisor experience strongly preferred.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and repair-order documentation.
Ability to work effectively with technicians, parts personnel, management, and support departments.

We're not simply looking for someone who can write repair orders.
We're looking for someone who can own the service experience.
You should be comfortable greeting a customer, identifying their needs, reviewing inspection results, confidently presenting recommendations, communicating throughout the repair process, and making sure the customer leaves knowing exactly what was completed and what their vehicle may need next.
If you are a driven automotive professional who understands that great customer service and strong sales performance can—and should—exist together, we want to hear from you.
Apply today and tell us about your automotive service experience.
