Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
Advise customers on service needs, estimates, and recommendations
Coordinate with technicians and service staff for timely repairs
Keep customers informed on vehicle status and scheduling updates
Maintain a clean, organized work environment
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
FORD EXPERIENCE Preferred
Previous Service Advisor or automotive service experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Desire for long-term career growth
What We Offer

Estimated Annual Earnings: $80,000 – $135,000
