Our new state‑of‑the‑art facility gives us the necessary tools to serve our customers and employees at a higher standard.We're one of the few operators in the industry that's growing today, and we're succeeding because we have a great team, a strong business model, a healthy and rewarding company culture, and we are intensely focused on quality.Our Core Values IntegrityServicePurpose To provide our customers with an exceptional one‑on‑one experience when inquiring about vehicle repairs.Essential Duties Ascertains automotive problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying description of problems, checking vehicle maintenance records, examining service schedules.Verifies warrant and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions.Develops estimates by costing parts, supplies and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles.Prepares repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtain approval signatures; entering RO into service database system.Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle, obtaining customer's approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns; arranging towing and temporary transportation.Maintain automotive records by recording problems and corrective actions planned.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading manufacturers' publications.Other Duties Greet customers as they arrive at our service center.Consult with mechanics about necessary repairs.Follow‑up with customers regarding any changes in service.Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.Qualifications Preferred at least one – two years of experience.Knowledge of automotive industry and parts.Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information; mathematical aptitude.Ability to communicate equally well with mechanics, customers and senior management.Excellent communications skills.
