Urgently Hiring - Service Advisor

Pay: $96,000-144,000 Annually. This position will be commission based.

Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. To be successful in this role, you will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak business periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings.

This position is onsite and reports to the Service Manager.

What You'll Do

• Help us earn customers for life by creating welcoming and trusted experiences for our customers.
• Assess customer needs by conducting a vehicle walk around. Identify resolution to customer concerns.
• Communicate with the customer what repairs are needed, how much it will cost, and when you will complete the service.
• Stay current on the Volkswagen product to identify upselling opportuniites.
• Dispatch repair orders to technicians following department dispatch policy and using cost control methods.
• Communicate with technicians to gain clear understanding of services required and performed.
• Follow-up with customer during repair/servicing of vehicle so they are aware of status.
• Receive and process cash or credit payment for all services performed.
• Deliver repaired vehicle to your customer

What You'll Bring

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• We prefer a candidate with service advising experience but may consider one with relative experience.
• Desire to produce and be part of a high-output team.
• Working knowledge of computers and technology. Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies.
• Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge to grow with us and meet projected service goals.

Total Rewards

The annual earning potential for this role is $96,000 to $144,000 which includes commission on individual sales and individual gross profits. Bonuses are based on individual manufacturer approvability; customer pay labor per RO and flat rate hours. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
