Responsibilities:
- Maintaining good communication between the shop and the customer.
- Monitoring customer records to check for regular scheduled servicing or future work and contacting customers to arrange appointments.
- Releasing repaired equipment to customers and explaining work completed with costs accrued, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Good pay based on experience/production.
