Acura Service Advisor

Acura of Highland Park, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, is hiring an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy service department. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, coordinating vehicle repairs, and working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

What You'll Do

• Greet service customers promptly and professionally.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs.
• Schedule service appointments and explain recommended maintenance or repairs.
• Provide clear estimates and communicate pricing with transparency.
• Coordinate with technicians to help ensure timely, quality service completion.
• Keep customers updated on repair status, timelines, and any additional service needs.
• Resolve customer questions or concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
• Follow up after service visits to support customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate service records and customer notes in dealership systems.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as an automotive Service Advisor or in a customer-facing service role preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
• Basic understanding of automotive service, maintenance, and repair terminology.
• Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Comfort using computer systems and service department software.
• Commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as business needs require.
