What You’ll Do

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the crucial link between our customers and our service team — ensuring every repair and service visit is handled professionally and efficiently.

• Greet customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Schedule service appointments and manage daily workflow
• Document customer concerns clearly and accurately
• Communicate repair needs effectively with technicians
• Provide accurate estimates for labor and parts
• Secure customer approvals before repairs begin
• Ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and build long-term relationships

What You Bring

• 2+ year of RV or automotive service experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and extremely organized
• A passion for customer service and teamwork
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Reliable commute to Fort Worth, TX

Your Schedule

• Full-time, 8-hour shifts
• Rotating weekends
