Position Overview:

Holz Motors is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Service Department. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers and plays a key part in delivering a smooth and positive service experience. You will handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, write repair orders, and support customers throughout their visit. This position is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills - experience in retail, hospitality, or similar fields is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver prompt, courteous, and efficient customer care
• Set appointments and write repair orders for
• Serve as concierge support for customer inquiries by phone or in person
• Ensure customers receive clear communication and world-class service
• Maintain consistent selling of technician time and distribute work efficiently
• Carry out additional tasks that help enhance the overall customer experience

• Organized and friendly personality
• Proven success in a customer service or sales-related role
• Ability to oversee and coordinate the work of others
• Strong time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Experience with Tekion is a plus!!
