Responsibilities:- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their service needs.
- Provide accurate estimates for tire and mechanical services, ensuring transparent pricing.
- Schedule appointments and effectively manage the service bays and road service trucks to optimize workflow.
- Communicate with technicians to relay customer instructions and ensure timely service completion.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates on service progress.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, service history, and invoices.
- Interpret digital vehicle inspections to document and present upselling opportunities.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of tire and mechanical services to accurately assess customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and technicians.
- Strong organizational skills to manage appointments, service records, and customer inquiries.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and pricing estimates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
