Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional first impression
Write repair orders clearly and accurately
Communicate customer concerns to technicians and relay findings back to customers
Provide estimates, explain recommended services, and obtain approvals
Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and status updates
Ensure a smooth flow between the service lane, shop, and customers
Maintain accurate records and support warranty/recall documentation
Deliver exceptional customer service every step of the way
Prior experience in automotive service writing preferred, but we will train the right person
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfort with computers and dealership management systems
A positive attitude and team‑first mindset
Valid driver’s license
